Booking.com misrepresented the room I was getting when I reserved it.

I booked a room for two nights through booking.com that described a king size bed and a sofa bed. I did not receive that room. The hotel said they couldn’t do anything about it because I used booking.com. booking.com offered a small amount off a future stay, not enough to even cover half of one night, but did nothing to make this stay better for me. The room I received was very cramped. We were there for a wedding and it was difficult to get ready at the same time. Because of the way the staff at the hotel responded, I would not recommend this property. Also reconsidering whether to use booking.com in the future.

Not what expected

Location to everything in Erie Pa. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Found hair in sheets, and bathroom floor, and large clump of hair on conditioner bottle. Mislead by booking.com about bed size. Was supposed to be king, was a queen, bed felt old, was very uncomfortable.

Nice location, but the service was not ideal

It’s a good location reasona ly close to Presque Isle State Park where I participated Erie Marathon.

I requested a late checkout at the hotel about a month before I went there as I wanted to take a quick shower after the race and before heading to Cleveland airport to catch a flight in the afternoon. Although I received positive feedback at the time of booking, the hotel staff rejected my request upon arrival. I only wanted an extra 10-15 minutes beyond a standard checkout time. The lady at the front desk didn’t even try to look at the computer and shut me down. I was utterly disappointed. My wife was with me and she was understandably upset. I understand it’s not always possible to accommodate such a request from customers, but I expected a little more courteous attitude from the hotel staff.

Good stay that could have been great if they paid more attention to cleaning.

Staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. Great amount of room in our Queen Suite. Breakfasts were good (and the breakfast area was clean).

Needs better attention to cleanliness- closet had a strange smell, glasses had lipstick on them, AC unit had stains, tile floors in common areas and elevator doors were not cleaned during the stay.

Decent, just wish the pool was open

The convenience of how close it was to the highway. Nadia was the SWEETEST girl, she was overly nice to us and always made sure to make my son feel welcome

Disappointing

The quietness

Many things. I asked for extra towels to suit my family of 4. I was told to call back. When I called back they still didn't come. I had to raid a maids cart to get a towel for my toddler since I was only given 2. Lots of dusty vents, stains on the ceilings from water. I was asked if I wanted housekeeping and they never came. My last day I called and asked and they said "I'm on the list for today". Left at 0930 am came back at 2pm and they hadn't cleaned so I called for more garbage bags and towels. I was told they were busy on the phone all day (appeared to care about the future bookings then current customers). There were less than 10 cars in the parking lot at all times so it wasn't like it was too busy. Overall just not satisfied. The only thing I liked was it was quiet and in a good location.

Good

breakfast and location were very good for our stay. Room was clean.

Check-in was not until 4 PM. Arrived 45 minutes early and room was not yet available. Room was small for a suite and sofa was not in a convenient spot. Noise from above tenants was bothersome. Could hear footsteps in early evening.
