Hotel is in desperate need of renovations

First of all, the booking.com has incorrect information about this hotel: it says that pets are not allowed, but the hotel was full of pets. When I searched for the hotel on the internet, it said it was pet-friendly. I have nothing against pets, I just have an allergy, and if I had known that beforehand, I would not have booked this hotel. Anyway, the hotel is old and not very well maintained. Everything is old or doesn't work properly (for example, all the cards are damaged and no longer work properly). The bathroom is old and not very well cleaned. The rooms are very small and not particularly comfortable. I am used to something different from the Fairfield Inn & Suites chain. Unfortunately, in my opinion, this hotel does not meet the usual standards of this chain. This hotel urgently requires renovation.

Unclean, bad design in the bathroom, good breakfast.

Front desk staff were nice.

Toilet and bathroom were not cleaned at all! The toilet had days-old urine caked on the back of the seat. The shower had not been cleaned. It had soap on the shower handle from the previous guest, and a used washcloth stuffed in the corner. The towel racks are not high enough above the toilet to hang towels. The shower is poorly designed and lets a flood of water onto the bathroom floor (shower curtain too high, and the shower floor has no barrier on the right side to stop water. Loud air conditioner main unit outside our room boomed all night long.

A decent place with everything you come to expect at a Fairfield Inn

We've stayed at a few Fairfield Inn locations during travels so we know what to expect. Everything was fine for us, but nothing exceptional. We chose this location for the price and amenities.

Sometimes I have problems with the beds in hotels. I did with these and my back was hurting in the morning. But it wasn't horrible, just I can be sensitive to beds. Nothing stands out as exceptional in our stay.

The parking lot was a bit smaller. Vehicles with trailers taking multiple parking spots did cause parking to be more limited as it became later in the evening.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

There was entirely too much noise from the room above us. It started at 10:30 and continued all night. It sounded like a herd of elephants pacing around overhead. I also don't like that breakfast is over at 9 am, which means that they stop stocking it by 8:30. The cleaning person also barged into our room before 10 am while I was in the shower.

What a find!! Excellent.

Checkin took about 2 seconds. Room was pre-paid and basically he just handed me my room cards with very polite and friendly manners. The room was immaculate and the bed so comfortable. Hot breakfast was excellent with lots of extra touches to make it stand out. A variety of toppings for eggs, a fresh fruit composite. We hate to leave. We feel so pampered! Check out isn't until 12. Wow!

It was a decent place to rest

I did appreciate the bed and the smell of the toiletries. The bed was comfortable and just what was needed after a long drive. Maybe the lovely lavender and eucalyptus body wash and hair products helped as well.

The wifi or in room a/c didn't work. Which means the TV wasn't working either and the a/c just got everything in the room felt wet without cooling thr room. Hopefully it all gets fixed for the next guest.

Great front desk. Nothing is better when the person (Kaitlin) checks you in likes her job. The host wanted us to have a good stay. Probably the best breakfast for an overnight stay.

Excellent breakfast that was fresh and plentiful. Super friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained facilities. Room was spacious and clean. Especially nice to have a large smart TV that allowed streaming.

The carpet had recently been replaced, and the fumes were overwhelming. It made it difficult to sleep. The noise from the interstate was also bothersome.

Clean, convenient, friendly and the food was great.

We were locked in. Reported it and someone came right away to fix it. We were moved to another room. Very helpful. Our luggage was moved for us. The hot water took so long to get warm. I turned it off, turned it on again and it was hot.
