Location and cleanliness on arrival.
The breakfast could have been better. I called the front desk for towels and that particular receptionist was rude. She also claimed housekeeping was on my floor, but we ended up going down for them anyway.

Convient to my husband's job. Price wasn't bad either.
My husband complained about the location. Microwave was old. Coffee maker was not good. Water was in it and it was dirty. However the plug was the worst. It was literally cut and had barely a rubber holding it together. Lucky I didn't try to plug it in. Wish the cleaning lady would have asked me if I needed towels for the second day but I had to go buy my own towels.
