About this villa rental
Located on Mount Akoumaro, adjoining the neo-classic town of Gytheio, our 3-level home is perched on a hillside -giving it an amazing view of the town below and the Laconic Gulf as a whole.
Smartly laid-out -to offer both comfort and privacy- and tastefully furnished and decorated, our home has all the modern conveniences. The outside terraces and gardens -also located on different levels- gives visitors many options to enjoy the spectacular weather and view .
A car is recommended but not mandatory since the villa is conveniently located in a residential area 10 minutes on foot to the nearest shops and 20 minutes from the center of town.

We stayed in Ada’s lovely hillside house for two weeks, Ada was a very kind and lovely host, met us when we arrived to show us around. Githio is a great little coastal town, the house has a gorgeous view over the water, magical sunrise every morning. What a fabulous country Greece is, definitely hire a car as there is so much to see around the area. Travelling is easy as the roads are superb with low traffic volume.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. It is a great location near grocery, bakery, restaurants. The front patio is great for breakfast - nice and shady. The back patio overlooks the sea - great for dinner, drinks, relaxing in the evening.
Ada is very knowledgeable about the area and an excellent host.

Quiet, beautiful and plenty of room. Ada was very communicative and efficient! The house has all the necessary amenities and Ada provided great suggestions for local restaurants and outings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gythio and will miss the beautiful views from the house.

Merci à Ada pour son accueil chaleureux. Superbe maison idéalement située. Vue spendide sur la mer et son jardin entretenu avec amour. La maison vit et ça se sent. Beaucoup d espace, ce qui la rend idéale pour se reposer en famille. Ada est très disponible et d une gentillesse sans artifice. Du bonheur !
