I like the staff the ladies have been very welcoming I've been here separate times

I didn't like that the floor felt gritty and the toilet seat was sticky like it hasn't been washed.

It was a bit aged. Needed an update

I asked for a couple extra pillows and told they were low on them because guests had taken them?

The staff was friendly. I liked that there was a refrigerator & microwave. I also appreciate multiple pillows.

The bed could've used more blankets but thank goodness the heater worked. There was random clothes that was left from a previous stay. The floors need better cleaning, felt very filthy to a bare foot but I kept my socks on. If they can only do a half hour late check out, they should control the noise of guest better during late hours. I couldn't fall asleep until 3am because of loud guests. The rooms could also use tissue boxes. And heads up to future guests, the location isn't the best & you'll hear trains all through the day & night.
