Cleanest hotel anywhere around.

The gentleman at the front desk was the perfect example of how people in the hospitality industry should treat everyone who walks through their doors. I didn't get his name, but I wish I would have so I could tell his boss to give him a promotion and let him train all current and future employees. My reservation had all kinds of issues due to my bank. At any other hotel, I would have been turned away and lost the money I spent on the reservation. This man turned what would have been a stressful, agonizing situation, into a pleasant, stress-free transaction that took less than 2 minutes! I can't thank him enough! You're the best!

Breakfast is $10/per person. Reasonable, I guess, but kind of petty to charge for breakfast AND require a $50 incidental fee. You end up paying twice what your reservation cost was for the room after they tack on incidentals and breakfast. Makes a good deal not so good anymore.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The parking lot was close to the entrance with ample space.

Was very clean, walk in and smelled amazing. Friendly staff, easy check in. Room was perfect. Nice big size, clean, comfortable, breakfast was included in my rate but got charged one morning. She corrected it. And made to order breakfast. Perfect. Will stay here again.

First night went downstairs to order dinner. They totally forgot to make my salad. Received Flatbread but not salad. Honestly I think the person taking orders was more involved in talking to all the men at the bar. I was only female there and she wasn't very attentive. It's ok. We all have an off night.

We booked a total of five rooms and the overall accommodtions were less than subpar.

Breakfast was horrible. Although COVID has various restrictions in place, different and more much creative options could've been put in place for the guest.

The air conditioning was not working in the common areas. Being in Houston's heat, made it unbearable. The building had a gas odor that no staff could explain. Only one staff member at the front desk was cordial.
