Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites

I liked the hotel side and the hotel staff. The room was clean and they allowed my dog to stay which was nice since we were on a roadtrip across the country. The breakfast was good. My big kids had a blast on all the rides and stuff.

The "play" side of it said it was family friendly but its not. Thats was the entire reason we took our 6 kids here, ranging from 14-1, we had a 2 and 1 year old that they said were "free" but they couldn't play on anything but the little rope obstacle for little kids, which my 2 and 1 year old were too scared to do. I literally paid for a whole adult ticket just to sit and watch everyone else play because they weren't allowed anywhere. If they would not have advertised free 2 and under I wouldve just stayed in our room and let my husband and the big kids go. I was so disappointed because I had seen so many good reviews about the play side. My 2 year old is big for his age and really wanted to ride the go carts and was tall enough but they wouldnt allow him to ride passenger with my husband because he didn't have a wristband. Same with bowling. Our 2 year old was so upset he couldnt bowl with his 4 older siblings. Same with the waterpark, my other 4 older kids were all playing in the wave pool, and i took the two littles in the wave pool because they wanted to play with their siblings and the life guards were rude about it and told me they weren't allowed in the wave pool. I would understand if I was not accompanying them but literally I was holding them both trying to hang out around my older kids and they were really rude to me. I tried keeping them in the baby section but i also had to keep an eye on my other children and it made it really hard for me to accompany my older children for safety purposes when i wasnt allowed to bring my babies in the wave pool so it was really stressful and ended up being a really not fun time. Especially when we paid $400 for one day tickets for all of us.

Staff was able to accomodate getting two rooms next to each other, discount for triple play was appreciated, staff there was very friendly as well. Had to cut our trip short, staff was able to refund the room for the night we could not stay.

Convenient. Staff was polite and courteous. They made sure all questions were answered and taken care of immediately.

Convenience

Could hear everything. Horrible insulation and seemed to have no sound proofing at all. Could even hear people talking in the room next to us, loud thudding of people walking down the hallway, and loud charter. Off and on throughout the night up until 430am. Probably wont stay there again. I've stayed at cheaper hotels with much better sound control.
