I booked a suite and the room was very spacious and clean! The breakfast was amazingly good! Staff was nice from check-in, lady stocking breakfast, to check-out. I would definitely stay here again.
The only complain I have would be the mattress on the pull out couch. I could tell as soon as I pulled it out that it was very worn out. I just laid my hand on it and could feel the springs. I didn't even try laying on it because I knew it wasn't going to be comfortable.

This was a great location for us to attend a retirement ceremony at Scott AFB which is about 15 minutes from there. Lots of shops and food around as well. Very clean. Staff is friendly. Full breakfast that was great. I was surprised they didn’t have coffee makers in the rooms and it’s because the coffee downstairs tastes wonderful! We felt safe and didn’t have to worry about our car getting broken in to. Would definitely stay here again.
Our key cards kept deactivating. Not sure if it was because of our phones or the cards themselves but the staff would fix it. There is construction on the highway before the property but that is out of Holiday Inn’s control.
