The beds were cozy and comfortable.
I didn’t like that the whole room was doused in bleach. I like a clean room but the bleach smell was very overpowering. Also the pool had so much bleach that it started to burn my legs. Some of the staff were nice but there was one woman at the check in counter who was not that friendly. I asked her a question about checking in early and she acted like she couldn’t answer my question or didn’t know. She didn’t even attempt to give good customer service.

The room was great. Everything was good. The food was awesome.
The port I did not like about the hotel was that they charge me for the stay and I already had paid on Booking.com so and I never received my money back
