Everything is fine. Nothing to complain. Breakfast is nice. The guy who serves in the breakfast is very nice.

The kitchen staff for breakfast I took two muffins mind you no one is down there which is normal it’s a Tuesday and he says “you taken all the muffins.” Mind you I’m not a heavy women so to say this was weird when it was two just in case I didn’t like the chocolate. So it was rude until the next day he saw a man with me and definitely changed his attitude which was weird.

Please recognize the hostess at the breakfast buffet. She went out of her way not only to be friendly but to offer service many times. The buffet Fruit selection was outstanding with fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and pineapple. It was great with the yogurt. Also, I liked that the weekday guests got real silverware and plates and cups plus coffee carafe at each table.

There were several times that we needed to use the stairs because the cleaning crews needed the whole elevator to put their cart in.... perhaps smaller carts that only take up 1/2 the elevator would much more respectful of guests.

Booked 2 Queen beds online through Booking.com, when pulling up to the hotel, received a call from the manager that they actually did not have a room with 2 Queen beds available for us. I had already booked, and it was almost 1 AM, too late for me to switch or look for another hotel to accommodate my request. We are a family of 4, and not having 2 double beds made for a very uncomfortable stay. Very disappointed.

room wansent clean, bathroom wasnt clean, lots of long dark hair everywhere! non of us had long dark hair! @ the end even though the lady at the fron had a problem with the system and it took longer to check us out she called us an hour after we left requesting us to make the payment as if we were trying to leave without paying!! I checked by bank statment and told her that the money was withdrawaled she insisted that we make a pyment since she dosent see it on her end!! at the end i refused and told her to look into it more since its your system thats down and should have thought of that before calling! over all comparing to every hotel i been to this was the worst.

That I couldn't use this booking due to their pet policy. Money was not refundable. I felt rushed to book since they were selling out, or so the site said. Basically, you stole my money and I got nothing in return. Yes, partly my fault, but I'm also a bit salty about giving you 150 bucks.
