The building was nice, the room was clean and comfortable, very quiet, and the staff we encountered were great. Looking forward to getting a room with that beautiful river view next time.
The bot outside is creepy😅.
Breakfast had limited options, flow was a bit confusing, and over-crowded. Maybe rethinking the setup and the menu would help?

Nice location.
The walls and doors are not insulated well. We were trying to get rest until about 10:30am and the kids running up and down the halls yelling, the vac all around our room with the do not disturb sign on the door, doors slamming, things banging around like you were next to the engine room on a ship.
And in the evening before we were listening to a song on a cell phone and someone banged on the door saying they got 2 calls about loud music. We weren't even being loud. We were really suprised and confused.... until morning. Then it was evident that the building wasn't constructed with acceptable soundproofing.
