What was missing was a local restaurant in the building.
The Thia trailer in lit was great food....
We left to early to enjoy breakfast, it would have been nice to have a snack bar or something like that
But all was good
No food in hotel, just machines.

Excellent location
I scheduled a shuttle for 5am to the airport but it was a no show by the shuttle driver. Uber ride was 12min to airport and cost $45.

1. Room nice, clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom really nice.
2. Breakfast - variety of options, gluten free available upon request, older lady working in breakfast area was so cheerful, helpful and friendly
1. Communication - I had messaged the hotel (via Booking.com, where the stay was booked through) couple times in the days/weeks prior to my arrival. I asked to confirm a shuttle could pick me up. No response was ever given.
2. On the night I arrived, there was an accident near Terminal 3 or something, which significantly delayed shuttle pick ups across all hotels. That’s not their fault of course. However:
A) the hotel never contacted me to say this;
B) I called the hotel and they told me the driver was stuck in traffic and they had no idea how long it’d take (I’d already been waiting an hour); and suggested I take a taxi or Uber.
C) I ended up taking a taxi for $35, which they said they couldn’t guarantee would be reimbursed.
D) Turns out, there were shuttles from two other hotels right next to Fairfield Inn whose shuttlesHAD come by the airport (I saw them both, one twice), but no arrangements were made to pick up other guests. Disappointing they didn’t think to coordinate or collaborate, like others did.
3. Booking.com said my check out was at 12pm. When I called about breakfast and confirmed checkout time, the desk said 11am.
4. I then booked to be on the 11am shuttle for the airport. In the room, I was preparing to go downstairs (I had two large luggage + backpack and was alone). It was 1055am on the clock provided by the hotel. I was almost out the door when the room phone rang. I stopped midway and answered. Impatiently, the front desk attendant asked about my 11am shuttle reservation, because the driver was about to leave. I told her I was on my way and the room clock says 1055 (i.e. I was not late yet - and only on the 2nd floor). She responded, “It’s 1058 and he’s about to leave. You need to come down here.” It was incredibly rude and I had already said I was on my way. Worse yet, when I went downstairs, everyone, including the driver were in the lobby and no one’s bags were in the van. The rush was…??? Really left my visit on a sour note.
