    Courteous staff; we felt welcome. Location was great with lots of food options. There's a CVS next to the hotel which made it easy to grab any essentials. The outlet was nearby too. The hotel is next to the train track and the trains did pass by occasionally, but they were not loud at all. Room was clean, though I think housekeeping only came in to make the beds and change the towels. Trash was not emptied during our 3-day stay. It didn't matter much since we were out most of the time and didn't have much.

    The hotel was quite expensive for what it offered, but overall I had a good stay. The staff were very friendly, the location was convenient, and the room was clean and fresh. The housekeeping staff did a particularly good job. One thing that bothered me was that the blanket itself had several brown stains on it. There was a separate sheet underneath the blanket, so it wasn’t in direct contact with me, but it was still quite unpleasant to see and not something I would expect at a hotel at this price point. Another frustration was the lack of contactless payment at the front desk. I was travelling without my physical card and normally rely on Apple Pay/contactless payments, so I initially had to use my colleague’s card. It later turned out that they could manually enter my card details, but not being able to simply use contactless payment in 2026 feels unnecessarily outdated and made paying for things more complicated than it needed to be. Other than that, this is a fairly typical American hotel of this category. It’s clean, comfortable and functional, but nothing particularly stands out. The overall experience is similar to what you would expect from many comparable American chain hotels. I would still recommend it, especially for the location, cleanliness and friendly staff, but considering the price, I would probably look at less expensive alternatives first.

    Everything was great. The price was high because it was summer. Really high for a Hilton Garden Inn. But it’s very livable, staff and manager were great w the exception of one front end young man: absolutely the most arrogant and rude front end person I’ve ever had.
