Hampton Inn Belmont at Montcross

Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Location was perfect for our needs. The grounds are nicely kept.

Previous guest hair in our shower. The TV HDMI cable was not plugged into the TV and was laying across the dresser. Still a mystery how a housekeeper could not see that. Anyhow - the front desk agent came to the room and sorted it out. With the exception of the waffle makings, the cooked portion of the breakfast was crap. Literally unrecognizable as edible food. Luckily, the coffee, juice, muffins/scones and such were good enough.

The concierge was wonderful!!

Convenient to I-85. Room was clean.

TV did not work. Tried calling the desk…no answer. Had to go down to tell the person at the desk. She came up immediately & was able to fix the TV. Only one coffee condiment pkg…there was two of us. We came down for breakfast at 6:10…not ready. Then while waiting 2-3 dozen teens came down. They took over the breakfast area…we left without breakfast. Then went to desk to checkout…young man could not give us a receipt. We go South & return home every year & stay at Hampton.
