Good enough place, clean rooms and comfortable. Paid parking only,

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. Very nice staff. Good location to get to the airport and be able to go downtown easily. Had a gym, but it was pretty sparse and basic.

The parking is paid, it is not free. But it is just an open lot, not a garage, no security. Really no idea what you are paying for. Used the microwave in my room to heat water and it had a pretty concerning burning smell, enough of a concern that I unplugged the microwave.

The breakfast was good. But ran out of bananas, how could you run out of bananas for breakfast?

Charging for parking and then I saw a car got broken into and there's no security. The wallpaper is faded. The toilet takes forever to refill to flush again. The hot water heater fluctuates and burns. You gets cold Burns. You gets cold. The bed frame creaks and is very noisy. The pillows suck. They should get the same pillows as carnival Cruise lines. Very bad property

Disappointing.

I've been staying here 2 to 3 times a year for the last couple of years. I can't believe how filthy the interiors corridors have become. Also, they have gotten rid of the waste can/ashtrays outside of the building - so now everyone just throws their cigarette butts into the plants. It's disgusting. I don't know why the manager doesn't do a daily walkaround of the property to make sure it looks good.

King size room had lots of room/was very spacious. Clean. Comfortable bed. Shower with excellent water pressure. Great breakfast. Good location close to old town sac and I-80. Nice staff.

I’m not gonna leave a lie the sauce wasn’t fully done and then potatoes and piano getting enough taste was not cool. It was pre-cooked potato. The coffee had a little water but the last time I was there before this time everything was good stepped that food game up lol y’all

The consistency of service and comfort at Hampton Inn & Downs is exceptional.

Staff were exceptional, so helpful and professional. The pool area was fabulous and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was clean and food was fresh.

Noise can be heard from the corridor and from the room upstairs.

We liked staying at the hotel. It was clean, quiet and the room was large and comfortable. The receptionists were very friendly and sweet. The breakfast was very good! The location is central to West Sacramento and old town was just a short drive away.

The hotel is a very nice hotel. The breakfast was the best, a very good selection of food. The young lady made things right.

When we went to lay down, we found hairs on the pillows and in the bed, like the sheets has not been changed. The young lady at the front desk was very polite about the issue. She got us new sheets, but the sheets were the wrong sizes, so she brought us other sheets. It was an experience.

Loved the exceptional customer service and all the amenities including the stocked snack area and the disposable earbuds in the gym. Rooms were modern and clean. Great shower pressure! Thought it was a nice touch to provide fruit in the lobby and water to Hilton Honors members.

The pillows were too soft and sank too flat so I couldn’t find a comfortable position for my neck and head but the bed firmness was great.
