Comfortable, quiet, staff with great attitudes, close to restaurants, gas station, mall and grocery store. Great location.

Coming in after most things were closed it would gave been great to have more diverse option for drinks and snacks.

Convenience, cleanliness, bed was very comfortable and layout of room was great. Definitely we will return .

Our coffee pot had mold in, It was not clean. The shower head does not work well. Our keys got demagnetized, Maybe because it got too close to my phone so therefore we were locked out and when I tried to get a new key, I was questioned over, not having my Id with me . Good thing I had my phone I was able to show my facebook page, to get a new key to get back into our room but I completely understand safe guards.

The room styles

Stayed there on 2024 and it was amazingly clean. Had free coffee in the little store area. Staff was really nice. Very clean rooms. Overall good quality.. stayed for a week while my husband had heart surgery. This time I as the opposite. No free coffee except a sad little coffee pot services in the room. The first room we were given smelled strange and was dirty, so we asked to be moved. The staff reluctantly did so. Second room was tolerable. Overall feel of the hotel was dirty and staff worn and tired. It was not as welcoming overall.

Kitchen facility, spaciousness of the room, and location of the Suites are awesome.

Sound proof is weak. A neighbor next to my room made too much noise with music and talk through the night till after mid-night. I ended up staying up for the whole night till early morning. Otherwise, the place was perfect.

The room meet our needs and expectations. A few other amenities would have enhanced our stay.

The location was good. The room was spacious.

There was only one chair in the room. No other place for a second guest to sit. Water pressure in the shower was poor. The desk staff were pleasant but slow to respond. There was no breakfast. The weight machine in the exercise room was broken with dumbbells missing from the sequence.

Ann Arbor is a lovely town ; nice stay

Very nice and clean … we stayed for 10 days here. Free parking lot and free laundry services. Weekend provides grab n go breakfast … Staff is nice to provide additional info how to get the shuttle bus to the big house football game - very convenient.

Excellent Full Complement Extended Stay TYPE Hotel

Clean carpet and walls with a fresh smell in corridors; like new!f Spacious 4 rooms w/separate enclosed bedroom w/it's own flatscreen, in addition to the large flatscreen in the living room. Large, well designed efficient kitchen with PANTRY and full complement of appliances and EVERYTHING needed to FUNCTION in the kitchen. Very LARGE, low chair, island counter prep/dining area!! Queen bed; VERY comfortable. Bathroom VERY large! Also MULTIPLE large closets . Staff on the phone and in person, are VERY attentive, personable, informative and professional! Parking space is adequate.

The staff were really friendly. Everything was easy to find. The laundry room was a bonus. Good size room with complimentary tea/coffee for the first morning.

Good hotel, terrible reception.

It was clean

I arrived late at 1 am, after a long drive, the woman at the reception asked me hundred questions, she was questioning how i could book the room at that time, she did not have this room type, i accepted another lower room type without getting any refund, but she was still complaining a lot and hardly accepted my check-in. I was really schocked, how this could be. I paid and booked a room, but felt very quilty by checking in at a late time 😂

Enjoyable stay

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious with a good work area. The bed was comfortable. The workout room has a variety of weights and machines. The laundry room is free. Sonesta is adjacent to a Panera Bread and Moe's Mexican Grill and across the street from Whole Foods, REI and a bus stop. The surrounding neighborhood is walkable and quite pretty. The head housekeeper is excellent at her job so your room will be sparkling clean. I will definitely return.

Bugs, unclean facilities, understaffed, do not recommend

One of the beds had bugs on it. I took photos of the bugs and showed them to the front desk. There were no other rooms with 2 beds available. So we had to find another hotel at 11pm at night, which was more expensive. Also the room smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in. Overall the facilities did not seem clean. For example, our non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as we entered. We would never stay here again nor recommend this hotel. We’ll stay with Marriott hotels as they always offer consistent service and cleanliness.
