Minor annoyances in the greater scheme of things, but enough to make me avoid this place next trip

Property overall was fine, staff was friendly

Woke Sunday morning to a dead phone because the outlet by the bed was either dead or not activated. Went to make coffee, only decaf pods. Went to take a shower, tub rusty. Headed downstairs to get real coffee, maybe a slice of toast or a yogurt, saw a sign that breakfast could be had for 12.99 or something ridiculous like that

Pleasant

The staff are friendly and quick to action. There were issues in the room assigned to me and they changed me to another room which was perfect. Breakfast was convenient and had a sufficient spread.

The heater in my room was not working. The remote control for the television was missing. Plus the bath tub had brown stains inside. The staff was friendly and immediately sent a technician to look at the heater. It was broken and they found me another room. The second room was good.

I didn’t get the room I reserved. They actually upgraded me but unfortunately the room had a leak in the shower!! When the room above took a shower it RAINED into our shower!!!!’ The ceiling had definite water damage!! This has been happening prior to our stay!!! We could not shower unless you want ceiling dust etc!!!

Would not recommend facilities but nice staff

Location.

I researched the website and called ahead to confirm important information that influenced my decision to stay here. Unfortunately, I was mislead about about entertainment and dining options at the hotel. I was told every room had a smart tv and I would be able to log into my own apps, which was very important to my family as there was a highly anticipated sporting event we planned to watch. This was not true, there is no smart tv only direct tv so we had to watch the event on a personal laptop. I paid for breakfast based on the menu found on their website but was then told it was buffet only, so no waffles and fresh fruit bowl which was why we bought the breakfast option. Additionally, the bathroom reeked of raw sewage. We weren’t sure if the toilet had recently overflowed and the spill hadn’t been appropriately mitigated, or if there is a larger sewer system issue. Either way, it was gross. Lastly, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing that we dealt with was their fault.

The room was comfortable and met our expectations.

The restaurant services were woefully short of meeting our expectations. Your website stated there was a restaurant, however the limited service was weak in delivering. The breakfast service was terrible. The only option was the breakfast buffet even though signs posted clearly stated we could order off of a breakfast board menu. The buffet, all in cost of $23, consisted an all cold food, even what was supposed to be hot or at least warm. The poor food service options give us cause for the sub par overall rating. We would not stay at this hotel again because of the poor food options.

Great location with a friendly staff; and very comfortable, clean room.

This location was perfect as it was near the highway, shopping center, and Ray Fisher Stadium. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and accommodated a slightly earlier check-in with our kiddos.

My only issues were with the pool which had way too much chlorine and had a cloudy color to the pool water. Additionally, the fitness center stationary bike has broken straps on the pedals so I couldn't use it and there were no towels or water available.

Mattress was uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn't that good. Couldn't put bagels or english muffins in the toaster because they crumbled when they were taken out of the plastic wrap. Bacon and eggs were good.

There was no Continental breakfast as advertised. Which was why we chose this location over others. Very disappointing since we had a 5k and needed to eat beforehand.
