Nothing our stay was exceptional

nothing. staff is rude and not supportive

The situation was that I made a mistake in the booking date. When I arrived receptionist was extremely unhelpful in trying to solve my situation and said that I needed to contact booking.com while booking.com was saying that I need to contact the property. In short: sometimes you guys need to plug in brain and not follow the script - otherwise why we need you? It's same as speaking to robot

I like the location!

The carpet is gross and kids ran and jumped over us! They moved us then must of moved the kids, because the next day was same thing

The fitness center was lacking.

Extremely well maintained and clean. Felt very safe as well, location off highway access was great. It was near a variety of retail locations and restaurants. Property was well lit at night and maintained well. Breakfast was fantastic, the food variety and choices were exceptional. Food tasted great and was made fresh. I very much enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were also friendly and very polite.

We chose this hotel for the ratings, free parking, & free breakfast. We only enjoyed the free parking; we left first thing without breakfast due to the unsafe conditions, intrusive guests, noisiness, & loitering near us.

1. That our room was attempted to be broken into at 11:30pm, scared the life out of me & my daughter, shoving a key card in & out & shouting to someone with him “I’m panicking man, I’m panicking?” while slamming his body into our door, the front desk said help “oh, sorry about that, we’ll send someone up,” waited a long time, we were ignored, we call back & they told us “oh we looked at the camera; he’s a regular of ours & he’s harmless; you’re good.” Nobody cared to come check, send security, find the man, nothing. We did not sleep the rest of the night. 2. Staff had to open our door for us at check in since our key wouldn’t work. God forbid we were trying to escape a murderer or rapist. Staff explains that our door not opening “happens all the time” but then is interrupted by a man outside at the 7/11 as “the man they had a major altercation with last night” so he “needed to go so he could call dispatch.” 3. After being assured “we were good”, a man came to our door, hovered around, looked around, studied our door, then exited down the easily accessible stairwell door across from our room, which was obviously accessible to the outside public. 5. A man staying on same floor walking around the hotel & riding the elevator barefoot & with open alcohol, constantly asking where us “lovely ladies” were staying. We hid from him when we realized he was on the same floor as us, just a few doors down. 4. The uncleanliness of the bathroom, leftover food in the drawers, nearly empty toilet paper rolls, difficult door to open/not secure from the inside, microwave & fridge on the fritz I wish I would’ve thought to take pix of everything, but our brains didn’t even register that; we were just waiting for it to be safe enough to leave at first light.

The breakfast was very good. The lady taking care of the area was very pleasant and kept on top of everything.

The third floor ice machine needs fixed.

The service was great the rooms clean and the beds so soft and comfortable like sleeping on a cloud best rest i had in such a long time and next morning breakfast was delicious

The only thing I noticed that when i got in the shower that night i noticed yellow stains in the bath tub and walls

We loved the breakfast bar and the ladies who prepared it were very friendly and did a great job of keeping it stocked and clean. And the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom king room was absolutely amazing and very accomadating for our family stay.

The only thing I didn't like was that the pool was freezing and the hot tub was out of order our entire stay. We were very dissapointed in this and wish we would have been notified by the staff at the Time of check in. The smell of weed(pot) coming up under my door at night was not enjoyable. We had to put a towel at the door frame to keep it from entering our room. Also they need a light fixture over the desk. No sure what the point of a desk is without a light to see?

Pristine conditions,quick check in and very nice amenities.

I originally booked a room with two queen beds Online, I was offered to upgrade to ADA accessible room, naming the bathtub specifically. The offer quoted some small amount, less than one dollar. The tub was a step over tub. The small amount quoted above was billed about ten fold. I had already moved in and didn't want the hassle of changing rooms.Later the clerk told me all the two queen rooms have the same tub. Therefore, my first booking was the same as the ADA room, and I paid a premium for it.
