About this villa rental
Villa Nevis is a stunning new contemporary villa in a gated community of 6 properties. Nevis is in a great location within easy walking distance to some lovely bars, restaurants and the sea and has partial sea views from the villa. Designed by the highly respected Ramon Esteve Estudio, it is set over three floors and was created to maximise the feeling of light and space. It has 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suites), 4 bathrooms, a double height open plan living area, games and cinema rooms and a private pool. There are eight sun-loungers and a large umbrella next to the pool. The games room includes a pool table, table tennis table top plus there is separate table football table. Every bedroom has an outdoor space wether it be a small balcony or courtyard. It is located in the small upmarket coastal town of Moraira which can be accessed from either Valencia or Alicante airports.

Fabulous stay in Moraira. Villa was fantastic, great location in a gated area. Area really safe The only downside is we didn’t have a car and although the local amenities were great that you didn’t need it. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants to choose from too within walking distance. Enjoyed the food bar, cha cha bar and Sobores. The local transport was none existent if you wanted to go any day trips. That being said we did managed to get to Dénia and would highly recommend Altea which we got through get your guide. Half an hour walk into the centre of Moraria.

We absolutely loved our stay here. That pool was amazing and lovely to swim in. Beautiful villa, great location and fantastic and responsive hosts. We would definitely love to visit again. A couple of suggestions only but overall great place to visit. Thank you

Lovely property which was exactly as described. We were 4 adults and 1 teen and having 4 bedrooms and bathrooms was amazing. Pool is a good size which enough sunbeds for us all. Lovely welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived which was good as it was Sunday and most shops were closed. We ate at the Algas beach bar a couple of times. Would recommend the cocktails. Lovely area. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

My wife has mobility problems and this villa is up a very steep road. The route to the beach is even worse.We had to go everywhere by car. Think this should be mentioned on the detail. Parking difficult.
