It was clean and the rules!
The parking situation with big vehicles why did they need to take up 7 parking spots and the billboard truck blocking the sidewalk 🤬

The location and cleanliness and comfort.
The room didn’t have one stove kitchen like it’s in “extended stay America”. The sofa cum bed is not good for bed. Worst options for bed. Might be good for sofa.

Very nice hotel. Easy access, like the area to use for Des Moines events. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked when we were there.
The orange juice for breakfast was very watered down, no flavor. Also the dog waste bags / stations were empty.
