Our stay was short and overall pleasant.

Jacuzzi was nice. Room was clean. Coffee in the lobby was fresh. Good selection of breakfast items hot/cold.

Shower head didn't work. Kids running up/down hallway knocking and running away. We were there for a dance competition & my 11 y o dancer had a 530 am wake up. So we had a rough night sleep.

Our bathroom door got locked. When we asked staff for help we were told they were getting ahold of management. So all night we had to go downstairs to use Lobby bathroom. The next morning still no management to help us. No one came to desk at checkout time (10am) so we had to leave the kids swim suits in the bathroom there in the room.

Basic but not enjoyable

Their breakfast selection is very basic and full of carbs. We had to pay what I feel is an excessive amount for bringing our dog and the fee was not made clear on their website, so we booked our non-refundable reservation and had the burden of an excessive fee we would not have agreed to if their website (booking.cm) had provided complete information.

Breakfast was a nightmare. No waffle batter had to ask for it and they didn't seem please to get it and it took over 15minites to get. Plus on Monday morning it was only available till 9am. We were on vacation and didn't want to have to get up early. Limited seating.

Very noisy. Could hear anyone walking or talking in the hallway. Plus could hear everyone in adjoining rooms. Paper thin walls. 5 days before arriving i called to confirm reservation and ask for ground floor room because of my wife's knee problems. They put us on the 3rd floor. We stayed 2nights we left on Sunday to visit relatives whe we returned the room was the same as when left..No Fresh towels, trash still in waste basket and beds unmade. Very disappointing.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable .

I thought that for the price that we paid to stay there for one night I expected more. I think we stayed during some sort of football weekend so the price may have increased due to that. Room was in need of some maintenance and a facelift. There were yellow stains on the bathroom wall. Water in the tub even though we hadn’t used it. Broken handle on the tv stand.

Nice area, however we did see some partying going on in the parking lot but I never felt threatened or in danger.

The breakfast was disgusting. Why even have one?

The room was incredibly humid. I wondered why they had the air conditioning set to 62 degrees when we got there. Once I turned it up to 68, I knew why. It even smelled humid and musty. The bathtub/shower was old, stained, rusted and too gross to even use.

Decent place, just hated the sleeping situation.

We enjoyed the breakfast. Good variety. The place seems to have fresh paint and carpet throughout the place, which is good.

The beds are very hard. There are NO window coverings! So at night the parking lot lights illuminated the entire room. Then as soon as the sun peaks it's also in the room with you- way too bright. Was the worst night of sleep. Facilities should also clean up the garbage in the parking lot. Also needs to go around the floors edges and vacuum/ dusted.

Clean sheets but that was about it

Thankfully the bedding and towels were clean. The room was dated with the bed skirt having a large hole in it and the upholstered chair had grimy/dirty arm rests. There was mold in the corner of shower and under the soap dish. The room had a musty smell. This place served its purpose for my one night stay but I will not be staying here again.
