Room was clean and comfortable, area for our RV was available was a big +, Breakfast was great!
I had a note on our reservation to have a lower level unless a elevator was available. We needed due to leg injury and back problems. We checked in on a rainy evening and got our info location for our room (it was upstairs with no elevator available), we were able to get up and down stars but with difficulties. On Itinerary it noted that our request was approved for room area request.

We regularly stay there on our travel to and from Yuma. God location. Reasonable rates.
Not really a lot to complain about. the idea of fresh cookies is wonderful although they were a little over cooked. Lol

Staff was friendly. No hot water at all!!! They said they had 1 residential hot water heater for the entire hotel so we NEVER got hot water the entire weekend. Pool heater was broken so it was freezing. Breakfast was ok normal for hotel. Not worth the price!
