I chose this hotel because of location and availability of room service as I was not feeling great. I price shopped and Booking offered a far better rate that included breakfast. But the pet fee was triple the rates at all other hotels on our trip.
Staff was lovely! We liked the toiletries provided in the room but cleaning service should ensure that containers are adequately filled.
The decor is rough. The piece of carpet in our room was ragged. I almost felt “punished” for our lower rate. TV wasn’t watchable and our phone didn’t have a cord connecting it to service. Both issues were resolved.
The interstate is fairly close and we heard trucks/traffic all night.
Dinner food in dining room was pretty good but the “room service” breakfast was an hour later than advised. Without details, breakfast was bad. Worst bacon ever.
There is no indicator of the floor number when the elevator opens. It’s a bigger problem than you might think as we saw confusion on several occasions.
