Dropping my kid for his freshman year, paid $500 for one night. Really not up to standards.

This hotel is old-the decor and carpets are @30 yrs old and look like it. Totally gross. At times the bathroom smelled like sewage. The lobby is undergoing a renovation, and I hope the rest of the hotel will get one, too. I will not stay there again and will warn friends not to if and until it is redone.

At times there was a strong odor of sewage in the bathroom. Decor was old (mid-90s), hall and room carpets were old and stained. Obviously the hotel needs a remodel. The lobby/1st floor was being redone, but the rest of the hotel needs it. Hopefully they will take it to the studs.

Wasn’t aware of amount of enternal construction during visit

Was not aware of all the construction so breakfast was makeshift in the basement. Wasn’t horrible but food could have been better.

The amount of construction inside the building was a lot, the hot tub was out of service and the halls her yet with fans everywhere. The location was great.

There was no hot water in the shower. I reported this to the front desk before we checked out, and all I got was "Sorry, we'll have maintenance look into it." There were bugs in our room. The sofa bed had food in it when I opened it for my daughter, and there was other trash on the floor underneath the mattress area. There was soda or some other sticky substance on the wall next to the sofa bed. No A/C in the hallways. I absolutely would not have booked had there been some indication that there was a remodel in progress.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were a good size, with coffee, tea, soap, shampoo, microwave, fridge. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel is in the middle of being renovated so it was in a bit of disarray. Carpets in hallways are filthy, but understandable due to renovations. Rooms do need updating but are fine until renovations are complete.

Easy access, nice indoor pool, adequate cleanliness, and space. Good breakfast. Exceptional staff. Everybody went above and beyond.

Rugs are kind of musty. Beds inconsistent. Everyone of us had a different mattress, etc. But nothing terrible. I personally am not a fan of the sink inside the bathroom. I prefer it on the outside so that somebody can use while somebody else is using the facilities.

It was over priced for the quality.

The breakfast had a decent variety, a good selection. I liked that it was close to restaurants and the expressway.

We woke up around 3am to two gun shots being fired and were unable to go back to sleep. I know it woke the people in the room next to us and they packed up and left.

The staff and breakfast were top notch!

The Hotel Staff was exceptional in each department (front desk, cleaning, breakfast). We were bummed out about the hot tub not working and I feel an e-mail could have been sent as it was down for weeks and they didn’t know when it would be working again. The room was comfortable and the main beds were very nice! The sofa bed was not comfortable. It had a broken bar on it and also the bed was very dirty. We arrived late with young kiddos and didn’t want to switch rooms at 10:00 so I cleaned the bed for my son to sleep in. The pool area was very nice but also fairly dirty. Lots of hair, wrappers, etc in the pool and just untidy in there overall but my kids were SO excited to swim and didn’t care too much. I went around and cleaned up a bit in there but chose not to swim because of this. The morning breakfast was 10/10! Fresh, hot, well stocked with protein of many sorts (meats, yogurts, eggs, milk). Gluten free and dairy free options as well. The friendliness of the staff and the selection at breakfast would be enough to return!

very convenient location right next to Highway 69. The breakfast was real nice. Also liked the fact that they had a heated pool indoors. Unfortunately I was not able to use it. I was also very appreciative of the very nice room that I was assigned. Very spacious and bright

I thought the carpets were a bit old all over. But that’s a minor issue in my book. I thought it was a bit pricey considering I paid $160 every night including taxes and fees.
