    When the fire alarm went off during our first night of stay We got locked up in our room due to the door malfunction, firemen had to come to storm our door open to let us out. The beds were very uncomfortable and soft. Not every good Overall in our three nights of stay there.

    Overall a pleasant stay at Four Points. The room was clean and comfortable, which is exactly what I needed after a long trip. The location right off the highway made it super convenient for getting in and out quickly, whether heading to a meeting or just moving on the next day. The hotel does have a huge covered parking area, which is a nice perk for security and protection from the elements. However, do note that they charge $20 for parking during your stay, so it's worth factoring that into your overall cost. Aside from that, a comfortable and convenient option for a quick stay.

    Deducted the security deposit twice from my credit card and yet yo refund. Paid for 4 nights and only stayed 1 njgjt. Asked for complimentary breakfast and/or parking but none given.
