The channels were hard to navigate because the remote was broken and the beds were slightly uncomfortable but we managed

Front desk staff was nice.
Some of the guest were actually residents. The amenities such as iron is not in the room as you have to walk to the front desk to check out an iron if one is available. The furniture is very old and the beds were uncomfortable and squeaky.
