The Hilton Garden Inn was pleasant, but extremely outdated.

The property was closed to a small theme park, which made it convenient to stay busy during the day. The rooms were decent just a bit out of date

The elevators were extremely old shaky, and sections of the wall were peeling off. The curtains to the hotel rooms were old and had small holes where the sunlight would beam through early in the morning. Early in the morning, the entire lobby and parking lot were completely black. There was no lights on in the front desk area at the lobby or outside in the front parking lot.

Nice for the half way point but sad about the room.

It was more than half way to our final destination. The lobby was nice and clean.

It was noisy and uncomfortable. The floor we stayed on was being renovated so there was a ton of debris and mess. The garbage bins for the renovation were full and no trash was tied down so it was littering everywhere.

Kayla the bartender was amazing funny and helpful. Kayla helped make our stay fantastic. We have stayed at this location before, but this time was even better. We went to Scandia right next door. Their wings were amazing, the sliders were great at the Hilton. We had a mini hotel pizza party and it was great all my friends and family fit comfortably with seating.

The only thing was the elevator sometimes beeped or jolted and there were to big red juice stains on the floor when we walked in.

Comfortable Accomodations with a good restaurant too

The hotel was comfortable and the restaurant served breakfasts and dinners and the food was fresh and tasty. Dinners can also be prepared to take to your room. They sell snacks, a couple of fresh foods (sandwiches, salads, yogurt, a couple of frozen meals and ice cream sandwiches), and soft drinks in the lobby. There is a fridge (unstocked) microwave, and Keurig single serve coffee maker in the room which i found convenient. They have a small laundry room where you can wash clothes. The entire staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a large, comfortably appointed room but the hotel does appear to be a bit dated. If nothing else, I would replace the carpeting. It would be nice to have a stocked refrigerator in the room like major hotels do, but this wasn't a breaking point for me. Overall, the place is clean, comfortable, and the staff very accommodating and efficient.

All Staff was friendly. Friendly room lady named Melissa, I liked her. I actually left Melissa a $10 tip with the front desk. Let me know if Melissa got it. Breakfast was great tasting. Breakfast hours until 11am. Easy to get a bucket of ice from restaurant lady. For some reason no ice machines but ok bc I went to the front desk to get ice and good service too. Caffeine Coffee bar great with half and half. No hassel thick extra towels when we asked. Many big mirrors in the room. Nice lobby set- up. Parking easy as I requested to have the room close to assess our car.

The main reason I picked the Hilton and paid more (then a hotel without a pool on last trip) was for a swimming pool and hot tub and the pool water was very cold, and not heated. The hot tub was usable ok but small in size and the chemicals were hurting our eyes in 15 mins. I called ahead and asked if pool and hot tub was good to-go and they said yes. I guess I have to ask way more details in which I should not have to. I felt misled. Carpet in room and hallway dirty and old. A/C in room had bad smell sometimes, not sure why there was a random funky odor. Then the odor stopped. I did not like how the room door was so close to the bathroom door. We were always bumping into eachother because of small entrance into room with closet opposite bathroom door. Too small of an area into the room. Poor design. Poor lighting in room. Ok light if I opened the curtains all the way but we would sacrifice privacy. No light in closet. No decaf coffee at coffee bar. I went to coffee bar to get a Gatorade. Poor selection of sports drinks. Only one diet and one non diet flavor. But this is the really bad part...$3.81 for a 16 oz. bottle of a sports drink. With that size of a mark- up for a soft drink combined with a NO heated cold pool was the killer for me.

Great place but I would probably not stay here again

Location, clean, breakfast and staff were friendly and professionals.

People were smoking weed in the hotel. I called the front office to notify the elevator smelled so strong of weed. We also had to keep the ac on due to someone close to our room smoking weed. Even though I notified front desk nothing was done to make us feel better
