The customer service sets this hotel apart from others. I stayed at the hotel for a convention that occurred on premises and got snowed in during a week with a nasty storm. Like many other convention goers, I had to stay an extra two nights and work remotely. Despite the chaos of so many people snowed in, customer service worked tirelessly, especially one young man. I wish I got his name, because he was absolutely professional and worked so hard to ensure all the guests were comfortable and cared for despite the weather leaving the hotel with very minimal staff. That man deserves a raise!
The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. There's a variety of adjustable pillows. The breakfast isn't free, but it's well worth the $15 price. One of the best breakfast buffets I've had. The restaurant's dinner meals were decent, too.
I was miserable the first two nights because my room had a nonfunctioning heater during the coldest weekend of the season. The blankets might as well been tissue paper. It's impossible to figure out how to turn on the shower without any instructions. With a frigid cold room and no hot shower, I would have rated my stay as a 4/10 if not for the excellent customer service and the great breakfast. After I complained about the cold, they transferred me to another room with no hassle at all; a room that had instructions for the shower taped to the wall. Unfortunately, this did nothing for the terrible curtains, which have no way to fully close

The lobby was nice, staff was nice.
The beds were super uncomfortable, the rooms were small, the curtains were broken, lighting was awful. There is not a hot tub and a basic hotel breakfast they were asking $18 per person. They have construction going on and my kids kept waking up to a loud banging noise.
