Great location in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to the cruise port. Friendly staff. Didn’t have the breakfast buffet but walked to Publix and brought back items for the morning

the second room I got a week later was much bigger and spacious
that same room was cold, i was not able to get the room temperature up and ended up with a bad cold, fever and sick for days on end, and the hallway had a blasting AC on that was no more than 10 degrees celsius and they would not turn it down, and this was right by our room, which meant overnight noise and extra cold.

Breakfast buffet is good
When we opened our rooms found they were not the rooms we booked so we had to take all luggages to reception, the receptionist said the hotel rooms are all full because overbooked. They could told us when we arrived. We paid when we booked one month ago, then the hotel staff told us third party platform always have this problem (we booked from booking). Then they only changed one room to our original order said they would change the room of guest who had not come yet. The changed room we got is in front of electricity room which I really concern. Also no restaurants close to this hotel, have to drive 10 minutes to other place to eat. They don’t have self parking, only valet (which need pay parking fee and tips)
