Staff was excellent with the exception of the evening a dog was howling and crying for nearly two hours. Called the front desk 7-8 times and no one answered. Called Hilton reservations and the CS rep apologized and said she would contact the hotel.

My father lives in La Quinta I was there for 4 nights, 5 days. I even extended the last day. I have stayed at this hotel before in the past, I was not as happy this time. My room was slightly dirty upon check in, obvious debris on the floor, and on the couch. Heavily stained bed cover, and some surfaces sis not looked wipes down as there were obvious cup rings on some of the tables. Had a covered balcony and it was beyond dirty and unusable. And the shower head was broken. I didn’t have time to have everything fixed and dealt with as I was at my fathers house 10 plus hours a day cleaning out my late mothers belongings. The room did the job but I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was the same situation. Pros: the bathroom was clean and the breakfast looked good but I wasn’t able to try it. I liked that coffee was made available to the guests before and after the breakfast hours as well. And the blackout curtains were truly dark. A moderate hotel that’s good in a pinch.
