Clean, Fun, friendly, and comfortable stay!

Front desk staff was fabulous on all shifts! Loved the breakfast! There were lots of choices and a great selection!

Gym was smaller but the pool was heated with a large hot tub. So just shifted to a pool workout.

The shower head and the staff/ rules of the lobby area. Was hanging with baseball team and watching tv and was told lobby closed at 11.

Amazing experience

Breakfast was amazing, turkey sausages, biscuits and gravy was so good, they had omelette options, staff was friendly and helpful, it was very clean. Pool was clean and perfect temperature, hot tub was great. All around a great visit.

If you stay here check everything!

I thought the breakfast was awesome, they offered a lot of options which is great for grandkids because they can be picky

The fact the my wife got up in the middle of the night and was bit by a bed bug, she killed it, woke me up I went downstairs and told the front desk and his answer to me was well you will have to tell a manager in the morning! So we had to stay in that room, I went downstairs the next Morning and told the Manager and she switched out room, told me she cannot compensate me because I booked through you guys, did not offer and extra stay, she instead said sign up for our reward program and I can give you points, I did it in hopes that it would a least give us a night somewhere but nope, 250 points and 20 more stays and we can get a free night! It does not even begin to cover the mental suffering my wife had to endure. She already has an anxiety disorder and to know that we paid money we worked for to stay at a nice place and this is all we got out of it. Not to book through booking.com because you guys are a third party and if you would have paid directly to us we could give you some money back. I almost got up the next morning and shouted through the entire hotel it had bed begs but I kept my composure but it is just sad to know that we could not get more out of this. My granddaughter also got bit. It just really sucked to be done this way!

Just an okay hotel

Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The cleaning staff tended to our needs. They do offer dove soap & lotion in the room, but did seem watered down.

The exhaust fan in the room didn't work, also had chipping paint in the room. The pool was ice cold; hot tub had broken tile on the steps leading into the hot tub. The bathroom needed a A/C vent in it, was stuffy. Also, the toilet flushed quite frequently by itself randomly all hours of our stay. The hotel is showing its age, needs some TLC to update it.

This is a convenient, clean, and relaxing hotel.

The people at the front desk are very sweet and kind. The place feels down to earth and relaxing. I went on thanksgiving 2023 and had zero complications. When we arrived I found I had accidentally opted for a handicapped room, which was on another floor, and they went above and beyond to get me a room by the rest of my family.

I enjoyed my stay 100%. There wasn’t anything I can list here that would be something I didn’t like

My daughter will be attending Louisville in the fall and we have found our hotel for when we visit!

The staff was incredible! From the time we stepped in the door to a very warm "Welcome" every single staff person we encountered was so warm, welcoming and helpful. They were so friendly! You could tell that they are proud of the property and enjoy their jobs.

I have no complaints. Everything was just right.
