No breakfast and parking lot closed

A comfortable bed
The main parking lot was closed. Everyone had to walk 40-50 yards to the hotel. No boday was around or available to assist you. The path wasn't clear of ice or snow late into Thursday. I wanted to use the stairs for extra exercise, from the 7th floor on Friday morning. The exit on each end of the floor had access to a small outdoor spot. Signage stating you don't have access to the lobby from here. I choose to find a different hotel for my second night. I would like to get a refund for my stay there. I WOULD NOT have choosen this hotel if I knew these issues first.

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We liked the option of firm or soft pillows.
Melissa, the breakfast waitress, was very cheerful and accommodating to our special dietary needs.
The location worked well for us.

Morning and afternoon staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to arena.
Late evening staff was borderline rude. Didn’t want to be bothered answering follow up questions.
