not happy about paying for parking

regular facilities, it was fine. looked clean

they charge $20 parking per night. what?? it's OC where half of the land is parking lots. WHY charge? This is the big reason I wouldn't return. I would come back because the hotel was fine. But it pissed me off that they charge for parking, So they just lost a customer who wouldve paid $140/night because of a measly $20 upcharge also the bathroom door in my room closes automatically due to the hinge, i wish you could leave the door open???

We were given a queen size bed and we had paid for a king size. But everything else was fine.

Basic. Rather expensive for what you get.

You have to pay for breakfast. It's okay, but on the heavy, unhealthy side, except for the avocado toast.

Coffee not available until 6 am (I was coming from abroad) and limited gym. Cheap, skimpy towels and low water pressure in the shower. There was only a shower and no complementary shower cap. Air conditioning was very "all or nothing", either a howling gale blowing straight at the bed or off entirely.

An adequate accommodation for our 1 night stay.

The bed was comfortable. We slept well. The temperature in the room was perfect. It wasn't necessary to adjust the thermostat. I appreciated the 12 noon checkout time and the close proximity of our room to the elevator.

The shower was only fair. One of the sliding glass doors wouldn't stay shut. The shower flow was not a strong spray. It was hot, but weak. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go to another floor to get ice.

It was comfortable and close to all the places we wanted to go.

It was located close to pretty much everything including Irvine spectrum. The facilities were very clean. They also had designated spots for our pet to walk and have potty breaks.

It was right next to the freeway. There was no free continental breakfast included. And, we had to pay a $50 pet fee for our pet to stay with us.

A great short-stay hotel

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel atmosphere was very peaceful, and I liked that I could refill my water bottle at the gym. The staff at the front desk and the dining area were extremely friendly and helpful.

While I didn't need daily room cleaning, I was surprised that my room was not cleaned for the first 3 days. I was working late one evening and wished there was coffee available in the lobby.

Sound proof the rooms, who was ever over me was heavy footed,slamming doors. This is way I left early. Also my room was to far from the elevator, my husband is handicap. Too close to the freeway.

The location is great and the check in process is generally very fast, the staff front desk seems friendly.

Clean quiet safe secure area don’t have to worry about anything

Location was good and easy to get to breakfast was good had a wide selection of foods to choose from.

The only complaint would be the sound from the hallway anytime someone would walk by you could hear it from the big space under the door.

Everything is perfect

I have stayed here before the reason I really liked it was because it’s a very quiet hotel. I put your hotel again because I had eye surgery and I needed a quiet place to stay I was close to the surgical office I also asked for help when I left to put my luggage in my car since I was unable to to lift anything heavy they took care of me. I recommend this hotel at any time thank you for always caring
