I was incredibly impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel. I was pleased to find that it had a full pool. However, I did not find the pool listed on the Booking.com listing as one of the featured facilities before we went and didn't pack my bathing suit. Perhaps you could verify the listing and edit the list.
When we arrived, the room we were assigned had only one queen bed, even though I had specified that we needed accommodation for three adults. The Desk Manager quickly arranged to move us to a suitable room at no charge, but did say that the mix-up occurred on Booking.com's end. When I called, your agent explained that it's always a good idea to check the room's floor plan when I make the booking to avoid such a misunderstanding in the future.
