Not a terrible stay, but I'll probably look for somewhere else next time I'm in the area.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

I was not able to order food. At first, the webpage with the menu wouldn't load. When it finally did, I called several times to place an order and was sent to a full voicemail box. There were a couple of salads left for purchase downstairs. It would have been nice to know if the kitchen was unavailable so I could have planned accordingly.

Come on "Inn"!

The friendly helpful staff - Melissa at reception and the breakfast dining staff - made our stay unexpectedly enjoyable and happy. The hot buffet breakfast (available for a fee but Melissa kindly gave us a voucher) was just what we needed to start the day. Room 427 was comfortable, spacious, quiet and well-furnished. There were refillable toiletries, microwave, mini-fridge, a good Direct TV setup, good seating with desk chair and upholstered chair, an upholstered bench helpful for our travel cases, an open closet with steel basket storage drawers. The room was stylishly functional. We thought the nearby freeway would be a noisy distraction but it was not a problem at all.

The room lighting was a bit dim as well as the bedside reading lights and the artwork on the walls was not to our taste. But other than these minor quibbles, this hotel is a surprisingly good one that we will use again when in the area and highly recommend to others seeking a stay in this region.

It was close to our destination. Nice atmosphere. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hard to find hotel at night due to no signage on main road. Passed the hotel a few times on my gps until I finally noticed the building back in off the street. Would help a lot it there was a nice big easy to see sign near road. At $180 a night it seems like it is not much to ask for complimentary water in the room. Kind of expensive but understand everything is expensive in the bay area.

We had an issue with an allergy. I didn't realize this property was pet friendly. The staff took care of placing us in a clean room with no pet hair that would irritate my allergies.

Only one small trash can in the bathroom. We had to leave trash putside our room. We had no maid service during our stay...at least give us place to throw our trash.

Dirty sink, microwave beeping at midnight, and didn't give me the room we booked.

I gave the rating a 3 simply because the staff was nice, but we will most certainly not be returning.

We arrived late at around 10:00pm ready to rest. We selected and paid for a king bed; at home we sleep in a queen and were excited to sleep in a king. When we arrived they said they overbooked and had only a 2 queen room for us. That was disappointing but no big deal. Once we got to our room, we went straight to brushing our teeth and showering. The bathroom was unfortunately not clean. The sink had crusts dried to the sink-bowl as did the shower. It SEEMED as if someone vomited in both and after some cleaning remnants were left behind. THIS WAS THE WORST: in the middle of the night, TWICE, the microwave went off beeping. And not a normal beep, like a smoke alarm beep. From the microwave!?! Like, why would such a random thing even occur? And it wasn't something simple like a timer setting, it was really hard to get the beeping to stop. The second time, we just unplugged it, which was also not easy to do half asleep in the middle of the night. Last but not least, we returned back to the hotel from breakfast ready to pack and take it slow before checkout. Once at our room, our key didn't work. Oh brother was I emotionally done at this point.

Great stay and very nice hotel that seems to please both business and personal travelers.

Centrally located between shopping centers, restaurants, and close to Oakland Airport. Very convenient, and in a comfortable and diverse environment with all types of ethnicities and age groups representing the community.

The only thing that could improve is more security prescience when guests have to park in the desolate rear area of building with only one entrance and no visible surveillance.
