DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown

If you’re going to a concert at BOK this location is great! LONG wait to check in. LONG wait for the elevator (bc of the concert). Staff was pleasant to except one. Clean and nice.

After the concert we walked back and were going to finish watching a softball game for the World Series. There were clearly people in there, even people after us and the bartender was very rude saying they were closing. She proceeded to help other people, even giving them just water.

The location was great and the room was clean and inviting. The staff was awesome sands thank you for the yummy cookie! 😆

One small problem. The faucet in the tub would not turn completely off. There was a slight streaming of water. Was not aware that I had to pay for parking per day.

Good Doubletree with the facilities you expect

We stayed over a weekend. On the Saturday the hotel was very busy and noisy but the real problem was on the Sunday evening. We went for a light evening meal but were told that did to a plumbing problem the kitchen was closed. I felt the hotel then missed an opportunity They should have followed that up by providing a list of suitable alternatives maybe with a bit of an incentive to use then. Instead they relied on a staff member to inform us and she suggested a place which unfortunately was closed on Sundays. I must stress that I do not blame this staff member at all she was just trying to be helpful There was also Quinta next to the closed restaurant a merry of staff went out of his way to help us
