Everything went well. Nice place - great staff. I had been in emergency room the day before arrival because of a bad fall in downtown Chicago. I called and asked if I could access room early to rest before heading to an event -and they accommodated me.
There was a nice large sitting room in suite - but a little odd since tv was accross from bed but no tv across from sitting area (where I assume most would watch TV.

The cheese omelets were not very hot. But a nice variety of food and very clean. Employees did a nice job of keeping all the necessary food and supplies filled.

Not available accessibility to pool and jacuzzi wasn’t disappointed, while post its availability.. false advertising
