Everything was perfect from the ease to park and being checked in to the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness of the staff and the yummy breakfasts1

Ugh, the sofa bed in the King Suite was horrible. Very very bad. The absolute ONLY complaint we had.

Clean and comfortable; good location

Room was not cleaned even though we were out till 4:30 pm. Had to ask staff to clean it, which they then did.

The room was very spacious, the AC worked well to keep the room cool, the parking was great, and the limited cleaning (remake of the bed and fresh towels) was nice. Hotel was a short walk from the Lechmere T station as well as many restaurants, a McDonalds, and a supermarket. The iron and ironing board was also a nice touch.

On closer inspection, parts of the room (bottom of doors, the wallpaper on walls and ceiling, the sofa) had small stains here and there. I also thought it would have been better if the fridge came with a complimentary bottle of water (it did not) and if the coffee supplies contained spoons/stir sticks (not supplied). The onsite shop was nice, but very expensive and I had to wait for staff to help me. A vending machine would be nicer in my opinion.

chill staff they were cool, food was good, i appreciate the showers being equiped, that's good. AC was working, which i'm usually unlucky with, that's good

the tvs are really old, kinda wish there was a way to access netflix or something from the tv directly. i found the pillows not hard enough, we all struggled to sleep. getting charged an extra after my stay was kinda wack too, wish that was clearer from the get go
