The location is great. The layout of the room was great for a family with 2 kiddos. The balcony view of the golf course was really nice.
The air-conditioning in our room was broken so it was not a very comfortable night. Check-in was also in the main building which was a little inconvenient.

Good size and well equipped unit. Proximity to golf course. Variety of restaurants.
There was a huge conference there at the same time. This limited our access to restaurants etc We were actually asked to leave the lounge bar. Would have appreciated prior warning at check in so we could make other arrangements.

The view was nice and the room had potential if it had been properly cleaned and maintained.
The room was dirty (dead bug on the floor, not vacuumed) and in poor repair (duct tape covering broken tile and a broken fireplace). I complained and they said they would send me a free drink voucher for my inconvenience, didn’t even send it (just proved they didn’t care). The room was kind of small for a vacation club room. I expected more from a room located on grand Geneva property.
