I returned to the hotel in the summer and loved it even more! The room has an excellent view, is very spacious and comfortable. It has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your vacation!The pool areas, barbecue grills, fireworks, a super delicious Sunday breakfast buffet in the restaurant, and the very friendly and attentive staff.
Everything is perfect! I love this hotel!

The view was nice and the room had potential if it had been properly cleaned and maintained.
The room was dirty (dead bug on the floor, not vacuumed) and in poor repair (duct tape covering broken tile and a broken fireplace). I complained and they said they would send me a free drink voucher for my inconvenience, didn’t even send it (just proved they didn’t care). The room was kind of small for a vacation club room. I expected more from a room located on grand Geneva property.
