The Heritage Inn is a great plave to stay.

I ended up staying there for five days. It was nice, a little bit of noise from the freeway, but it is manageable. The office staff were very friendly.

I will not return to this hotel

The room was cleaned. The bedsheets were fresh. Towels needly folded.

The room key did not work, and we had to return to the office for a new one twice. The heater on the wall did not work. The water in the sink did not drain. The mattress was still covered with a thick plastic, and it made a sound with every move. The furniture was very old, and when I opened the drawer, it fell off. I did not unpack my bag.

I didnt like the lack of communication between employees and I didn't like How much I had to advocate for myself for a solution that never came into fruition. The request for a new blanket went unanswered for two weeks. The wifi barely works and I needed it for work I spent extra providing my own.

I liked the price

The room had a bad mildew smell, so I couldn't sleep. I kept on getting bites all over my body, maybe bed bugs. The fridge was old, didn't work, and it was rusted. It wasn't a good experience

The pricing of the room was cheap at 90 before deposit. the staff were helpful and made the check in process easy and quick. Also made it easy to locate the room.

Nightmare

She wouldn't allow the guest I booked the room for to check in even though Booking.com confirmed the reservation was made correctly. Booking.com then attempted to call the hotel directly and sent an email and yet she still wouldn't allow him to check in. After all of this, Booking.com made me jump through hoops to attempt to get a refund. I called them several times and on my final attempt, I was disconnected from the call. I am now disputing the charge through my CC company.
