I booked this hotel a little last minute and was so surprised by how reasonably priced it was for my two night stay! It’s located on the edge of Chinatown and Union Square making it super convenient to get around and see pretty things. There is a cute bar on the second floor and I got some really great fries!
The room itself was absolutely lovely and the bed was comfy! It’s such a pretty hotel and I hope I have the chance to come back and stay here again!
The air conditioning unit in my room was dripping so much during my stay. I let the front desk know and maintenance never came to look at it. When I’m traveling I love sleeping in a super cold room and I couldn’t put the thermostat any lower than 70 to 72° without it dripping so much condensation. It’s was like a little waterfall and was very distracting. I was able to slightly open my window to let in cooler air, but I just wish the air con would have been better. Or that the window would have opened properly.

Friendly staff. Specious room. My room was not ready at check-in so I was upgraded. The staff members were all amazing, especially Crystal.
My room raced the street on a low floor and it was a bit noisy.

Great location, friendly staff and rooms have a lovely aesthetic.
AC or something in the ceiling kept making buzzing noises through my stay.
