    Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below expectations. The incidental deposit has not been refunded as promised after check-out. Requests for daily housekeeping were ignored, and obtaining an invoice was unnecessarily difficult. Customer service lacked professionalism, and communication was poor throughout our stay. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the guest experience.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was very disappointing. The hotel promised to refund my incidental deposit after check-out, but I still haven't received it. Housekeeping was not provided daily as requested, and the staff would not issue an invoice or receipt. Overall, the service was unreliable, and the management did not handle customer requests professionally. I hope they improve their service in the future.

    Very aesthetic, on the smaller side but still a great hotel. I stay here all the time when in SF. Great area, you're in SF proper so you're not too far from a lot. There's a convenience store next door downstairs which is a plus. Parking is around the corner and around ***/night but with in and out privileges. Housekeeping isn't regular, you have to request it prior to the day you want it.

    Very disappointing experience. The hotel operates in an unprofessional manner. They promised to refund my incidental deposit after check-out, but I still haven't received it. I requested daily housekeeping, but our room was not cleaned. When I asked for an invoice/receipt, the staff did not reply via email. Overall, the service was unreliable, communication was poor, and the management did not honor their commitments. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
