The rooms were comfortable and conveniently situated

Did not respond to me at all when I enquired about the airport shuttle service even though it is advertised. Upon check-in no explanation was given as to the breakfast times. Breakfast was not too great either and served with plastic cutlery. No cutlery in the rooms.

I liked the breakfast and the location of it was fine.

I didn't like that the hotel did not have a power generator, so when the power went out on the holiday, July 4 I had to scramble to find another place to stay. It took several subsequent phone calls to get my refund for the days that I did not stay. Also the manager I called at first was very very rude on the phone. That is not acceptable. I know that she was frustrated because it took several days for them to get power back but she was not as courteous and professional as she should have been.

Location and complete breakfast.

While the bed was comfortable the springs were loud.

Nice bathroom, and walk-in shower. Great water pressure, very hot. Breakfast buffet was perfect. Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, Coffee. Just had to get there before 10am.

Our room, 237, smelled musty or moldy. TV did not work as it should. TV was on when we arrived. Remote would not allow me to change volume or turn TV off. Had to unplug to turn off to sleep. The next morning, plugged TV in, would not turn on. Talked with person at Desk about this issue, We went to New York during the day. When we returned, someone had turned TV on. However, the remote would only allow me to change channels. No volume control or on/off function.
