The property was clean and nice. The rooms were clean and the food was excellent.
Upon check-in, the front desk, the man was there I guess from 3 to 11 and also maybe 11 to 7 the next day . He was there on the double shift tall white guy with glasses didn’t get his name cause he was very rude when we walked in he ignored us like we were not there. And then we waited and waited till I finally said hey after maybe 3 to 5 minutes of waiting for him to just gave us some type of acknowledgment. He was not courteous he was not respectful, just nasty and then even when we were leaving to check out, he still had the same attitude that’s not a person that should work the front desk of your hotel . Or have some kind of sensitivity training or some type of customer service ready because he has none.

I loved everything about the stay The staff is very friendly it's in a wonderful location surrounded by restaurants as well as restaurants of their own. The hotel smelled amazing everyone that I came in contact with greeted us and and the staff made sure they accommodated everything we ask for even checked on us to make sure we were comfortable if you're in baton rouge I think this would be a great stay you really don't have to leave unless you want to

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is pretty close to the stadium which was nice. Parking is easy since the lot is big.
The doors are not well insulated, so there was a lot of light and noise coming in from the hall. There were lights in the room that wouldn't turn off all the way. The staff was not very helpful when I asked for a room service menu.
