Location was very accessible, staff was informative and helpful.
Rooms could use some updating, soda vending machine on our floor was not working properly, was not able to use pool or gym facilities due to large groups of adolescents staying in hotel for a volleyball tournament, adult hours would be greatly appreciated.

Easy walking to locations in the French Quarter, including Bourbon St. Also quick walk to Canal Street, with access to streetcars. Staff was pleasant. Didn't use pool but stopped to see it on the 10th floor and it looked quite nice. Room was large, with huge windows. Very comfortable bed/pillows.
For us, it was too close to Bourbon St. For other travelers, that will be a plus, but for us, it was too loud. We were on the 18th floor and could very clearly hear the music and sounds from Bourbon St in the afternoon/evening/night. Walls were also thin in the hotel, so other guests in the hallway were easily heard. Fan in the bathroom didn't work so it was very steamy during showers, and the steam caused the mirror to peel from the edges. No free breakfast but got a $15/day coupon to use at Mr. Eds restaurant adjacent to hotel. We didn't eat there for breakfast but tried dinner one night. It was decent not great. Thought we could get discounts for the WWII museum and streetcar passes, but when we stopped at the concierge desk, they said they only gave discounts after a 90 minute Wyndham sales pitch.

Location was great. Rooms seem to be on higher floors which is helpful to eliminate street noise.
The room was very dingy. We were told it was 2 queens at the front desk but it was really 2 double beds. The bathroom had no exhaust vent so the wallpaper was peeling and moldy.
