Breakfast was a mix hot & cold, and plenty of variety.
Location was on a busy thoroughfare, traffic noise.
Nothing to eat or shop in valking distance.
Better selection of snacks.

Hotel room was big and we were able to check-in early at noon, instead of having to wait till 3pm. Breakfast was simple but good. The room fridge was working fine. Complimentary transfer to the airport worked very well.
Staff was not very helpful and they seem unwilling to do their jobs, especially at the front desk. I managed to have a whole interaction where the staff person simply didn't say a word, not even a simple "hi". The hotel pictures did not really match the reality.
