Ok to sleep

The bed was clean. It was ok to stay for a short sleep. We got in around 1am. Showered and left by 9am. I would not stay here if I had to stay longer. Our bathroom door had no handle, and u could see rt through it, and it didn't shut because of this. It was old and run down but worked for what we needed.

The area was not too good of a spot. Taxi cab driver said the strip was prostitutes and not too well of a spot. It was close to Port, though.

Staff was friendly when checking in

Tub clogged and toilet, wet floor was nasty will never book ever again. They wouldn’t accommodate us until the maintenance guy finally showed up and told them. Water wasn’t warm enough for a good comfortable shower. Dirty sheets and blankets and small pillows.

There was no hot water in the shower. I was at the property for 2 nights dnd could not take a shower. When I mentioned this during checkout the front desk receptionist was impolite.

Besides the hotel using the same sheets from before the hotel was brought out, damn near everything was either broken or not there. I presented that fact that I can’t lock the bathroom window and it did not have a screen in it to the front desk and the response I got was that she can send someone to change the sheets. Not the room the sheets. The area is not the best but it’s quiet. I was not comfortable especially with the bathroom situation and the bed was not clean also I found bugs. The fact that I was charge $30 for an early check in fee(2:30pm). Check in was at 4pm instead of the usual 3pm. When I checked in early before it was never an issue if they had a room available. Honestly It wasn’t that bad before but now I would seriously just spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

A regular, no-frills place to stay that's suitable for a short visit

It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done if you're in town for a day or two. Convenient location close to the beach and airport with free parking available right at the front of the property. Affordable for the area

No breakfast offered, the property and rooms feel a bit outdated, the AC unit was somewhat noisy at night

Bedding smells, there was tons of dead ants in the bathroom everywhere when I arrived including (towels, paper towels, floor, bathtub) and when I told the staff none of them bothered coming over to clean or anything! I even saw a dirty towel on the floor. I took all towels back and got clean ones! The floor in the room was dusty.

The experience was very bad, our flight was delayed and we arrived late, we lost the shuttle from the hotel, when we arrived in Uber a totally inept employee took care of us, she took an hour to give us the room, an 80-year-old senior was with my father, for more I asked her to speed up because he was tired, she only apologized but did nothing, the same slow check out, he did not give me my invoice, and I asked her to give it to me and he said that the hotel does not issue an invoice, very bad service In addition to the fact that the room smelled very bad

The front desk ladies was very nice.

This hotel does not return your deposits. They owe me 200.00 and no one will message you back. I just canceled my stay because of this. The rooms are so so but wat u expect for a cheap price. I usually don't leave reviews but when it's my money is concerned we have a problem!!!

Decent place to stay.

Staff always nice, professional, and accommodating. Our room was clean and I appreciated the peace while in the room. Pool was always clean and looked inviting.

The AC was not working too well in the beginning, the bathroom sink had water damage and needs repairing, the TV remote would not let you change it while in the bed.
