Desk staff was excellent - extremely friendly and welcoming. Well stocked breakfast. Ice machines worked well, laundry facility for self-washing worked well. Nice little pool/patio area. Location was descent - it was apart from a lot of the hustle and bustle of the Orlando area but on the flip side, you did a little bit of driving if you wished to access those areas. For us this was not a negative. Security was tight in this facility, and your room key was needed for access to everything including elevator. Although it could be a bit of nuisance when your hands were full, I appreciated the extra attention to security and safety.
Neighborhood was OK - definitely not a bad neighborhood, but not a high end area if you are expecting that. The area was safe, but more of an urban "pass thru" area.

A/C stopped working in the middle of the night. Front desk personnel said they would call back with updates, but did not. They did not answer the phone calls.
