It was easy to get to the lady at the front desk was very nice when I checked in she explained everything to me and I like how she would check in from time to time and ask if I needed anything and the pool was awesome to and room was awesome

Good sleep

This is a worn down property in need of a facelift. Staff was great. Carpet in the hall has rips and elevator has a broken button for the floor we were on. Spending a bit of capital on the property and it'll be a great place to stay!

Great place to stay to get a good nights rest without braking the bank

Good location, easy check-in. Several restaurants within walking distance. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms and beds typical with most Hampton Inns I stay at. Clean facility. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Just off the interstate so easy to access.

Just ok

This Hotel is located in the perfect Location for our Visit. It's close to the fields we played at and surrounded by amazing food and stores. The pool is large and always pretty empty. Our daughters play in the pool for hours and have really enjoyed it. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very ice welcome bag that had waters and treats for our girls. For Breakfast they have these Mini Waffle makers with cool toppings that our girls loved.

This is now the 2nd or 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and we have had weird issues every single time. our last stay was met with a horrific hallway smell that forced us to run to our rooms off the elevator to limit exposure to this smell, and this time our room was totally infested with ants. They were literally everywhere. When we had expressed our concerns about this, we were met with staff comments like "they're just ants" and "it's ant season" which was really upsetting given we had just bought food and within moments it was swarmed with ants. We were eventually relocated once they had a room available and offered a small monetary reimbursement which is definitely a nice sentiment, which just felt more reactionary than anything because of how rude we were treated when we had initially mentioned our issues. I can't see a reason why we would ever come back to this specific Hotel again, there are way too many options in that area to take a chance there again.

Acceptable for a one or two night stay. Relaively clean and comfortable.

Needed to use elevator to get to room but it was quite a distance from the front desk and handicap parking. I tried to park closer to door leading to elevator as staff suggested but the lot was full so had to use handicap slot near front door. This may seem minor to some but when walking is painful than it becomes an issue. A General question from me is why are all the HH toilets so low to the ground? A lot of people need a higher one or bars to assist in getting up from a very short one.

It was a place to put my head down, but the bed was like sleeping on a box spring.

Didn't like much, short walk to the bar

Bed was one of the worst hotel beds I ever stayed in. Spa tub was in bathroom, not in bedroom as I thought from the pictures. Breakfast was not included in my booking.co reservation. Room was across the hall from the steps and all we heard was the Dorr clicking open and closed all night. Back out curtains don't block ligh being shown into room from parking lots next door.
