    Stunning interiors; large, comfortable room in an old world atmosphere. Top of the Marc restaurant is a must. Beautiful neighborhood in Nob Hill. Easy walk to shopping area, the number 1 bus is one block away to navigate the city. Easy to jump on and off the historic Cable cars. Lots of fine dining and close to Chinatown and a quick bus ride to Embarcadero to ride the ferries. Definitely go on kayak for a discounted price.

    Agoda website lists a mini bar as part of the amenities, however the fridge was locked. The staff refused to unlock the fridge and mentioned that no mini bar is available in the hotel hence they locked it. Our fresh milk went bad because of this. Very disappointing as there are also no basic amenities like a kettle or teabags in the room. Poor for a four star hotel, would not recommend.

    Disappointing stay. The bathroom was not properly maintained, with visible mildew/mold around the tub area, dusty surfaces, and dirty windows. We only stayed one night and arrived late, so we didn't want to waste time changing rooms. For the price and reputation of this hotel, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness.
