Close to airport, breakfast was perfect and the hotel was clean.

Cleanliness, free airport shuttle, cruise transportation right there. While waiting to check in they allowed to stay in the dining area. So many cruise passengers I’m sure they were overwhelmed but I guess they are used to.

This was my 3rd time in 2 years staying there. It's reasonably priced and great location

Our room was quite large and very comfortable. It was also quiet and we loved the location of the hotel. Very close to what we needed in walking distance. Breakfast had the essentials and the bed was extremely comfortable.

I have no complaints. All my needs were met. We were also impressed the shuttle service that picked us up and the shuttle that got us to Miami port.

Great Stay

Clean hotel. I read some poor reviews and found them to be inaccurate. Great staff, front desk and shuttle driver were great.

I got through it.

Nice location, the pool area, hallways looked cleaned and smelled good

So as I opened the door to my room I smelled an big width of mildew. And i saw an used panty liner on the floor. I called room service and they put me in an room across the hall. I opened the door and it smelt like an bunch of mildew as well. And i knew the mildew was bad because I coughed all night and couldnt sleep. I only stayed there one night because i just came back from an week long cruise and i had one more day until my flight was ready to leave. Also there was bed bugs because i had bites all over my ankle that i didnt get until i slept there. There was also dirt and grime around the ice bucket and that to smelled like mildew. I called room service and they gave me an new one. And the rooms need ventalation because that mildew older is strong.

I booked several weeks ahead of time because of all the amenities offered and the main reasons was the pool that was closed along with the loungers we could not even sit on the loungers to relax after our long flights from the other sides of the states

The place is Not all that and will not stay there again

The rooms were nice and they had hot water . Beds were very comfortable

I paid over $200 for the Staff to be rude day n night staff, breakfast was horrible . I was there on the week day and weekend, the breakfast had nothing : warm juice , waffles, bread, two kinds of cereal ,coffee , yogurt , no eggs, no bacon, no oatmeal , no bagels , . I was very disappointed especially for the price . Oh yeah the pool was dirty and when you tell the staff they say it’s not them it’s the pool guy that hasn’t shown up lol … my 8 yr old was using the net to pull out the trash in the pool..

Room was large and spacious with sitting area. Enjoyed the animal life outside—lizards, ducks and birds.

Short stay before cruising the Caribbean.

Good hotel, pretty close to the airport. Ideal location for discovering the south of Florida. Plenty of parking. The room was ok. Not that big, but we could manage it with four adults. Good beds and bathroom. Breakfast was included, but wasn't that special. Microwave and coffee- and teafacilities in the room. The swimmingpool was ideal for a refreshing dive in the evening.

Very slow elevator, so we nearly always took the stairs.

I liked the location , close to Walmart, Publix and a Walgreens.

The 3rd floor had a real bad smell when we got off the elevator and the room we stayed in had a smell as well, we had to use air freshener in our room. Also since it was a rainy 🌧 weekend and we couldn't enjoy the pool, we tried to watch some football on TV, but was unable to. The service provider that the hotel has is horrible, DIRECT TV. which kept freezing due to the weather and no good channels and not able to watch no football. We ended up watching the Big Bang Theory all weekend when the TV did work.

Rooms werent as clean when we checked in, floor was dirty, bed sheet had stains, couch had dust and dirt. The hallway smelt bad but after day two the place started to smell and feel better

Quick trip for Beach fun

This was the perfect location! Room was nice and comfy, and clean. Location is near lots of shops, and stores. My friend in the airport shuttle showed us important things in the area, and tips on booking a ride back to the hotel. He got us right where we needed to be on time! I cannot appreciate his kindness enough.

The desk agent was a little snippy on the phone when trying to describe where we needed to be for picked up from the airport. I think she was frustrated bc I asked, "could you repeat that" a few times, as I was in an busy airport. It made me feel like I was bothering her, to get information.

This hotel met my expectations with their professional greeting and clean facility.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and facilities and how Kelli accommodated our luggage before check-in to make it convenient, instead of tackling luggage everywhere we went within the community. Also, the swimming pool area was very clean and the water felt great!

When the smoke alarm went off, employees were looking startled instead of instructing us to the appropriate places throughout the building. We didn't know if it was test or a real situation. Afterwards, a young man ensured us it was ok.

Bed were comfortable, spacious room & Good cable.

Roaches crawling on wall. Pool with dead insects in it. Very dusty on desk & curtains. Staff not friendly. Breakfast selection is ONLY waffle, cereal, yogurt & oranges. The cafeteria staff confirmed that this was all they serve every day & she recommended a Diner to go to.

The front desk customer service was 100 and I mean every one of them. It was very quiet and peaceful and it was clean

Didn't like the room was cleaned only every 3 days. The air-conditioned was awful woke up in sweat and soaked sheets from sweat everyday. The breakfast needed more options

A great night stay to kick off our vacation!

The location was perfect for our needs, the room was way bigger than I thought it was going to be which was awesome since we were 4 adults and 2 kids staying in there together! Breakfast was great & the staff was so friendly!!

The elevator was kinda slow but there was also a lot of people there so who knows, maybe just a busy day for it. It wasn’t the end of the world!
